About My Clients
I specialize in working with adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, stress, phobias, self-esteem, and LGBTQ issues. I provide a safe, calming place for clients to feel comfortable in discussing events that alter their mental health, such as bullying, life transitions, losing a loved one, family issues, and more.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master of Science degree from Murray State University in 2016, specializing in clinical psychology. I have gained experience over the years working with clients of all ages who are feeling anxious, stressed, depressed, and unsatisfied, just to name a few. I prefer to use an eclectic approach, as I believe each individual is unique and responds differently to treatment. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy are some of the few approaches I use to help my clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My vision is to provide a safe place for my clients to open up and express themselves as well as to encourage and support my clients' goals. I value self-care and self-acceptance and wish to empower wellness within each individual.
