Meghan specializes in working with Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Depression, Personal Growth and Self-Esteem, Addictions and Substance Abuse/Dependence, and Mood Disorders. Meghan also serves those who are dually diagnosed.
My Background and Approach
Meghan earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University in 2019. Her practicum and internship hours were completed at Rogers Behavioral Health in adult dual diagnosis and addictions programs. Meghan has experience working in all levels of care, including residential, inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient settings. I will support and assist you in identifying faulty thought patterns as well as any subsequent emotional challenges and maladaptive behaviors that may be present throughout your daily life. I will meet you where you are at in life currently and work collaboratively with you to set obtainable goals while also providing you with a variety of tools to help you navigate any challenges that may arise along the way.
