About My Clients
My primary skills and experience are working with survivors of abuse, difficulty in life transitions, and sufferers of anxiety; but I am comfortable with and have experience in treating all ages, issues, and personalities. I have also completed the Postpartum Support International training to provide care to women struggling with perinatal mood disorders.
My Background and Approach
I recently moved to Colorado after 10 years practicing in New Orleans, Louisiana. I provide an approach based in acceptance, but I also find it important to be direct and give concrete solutions and responses to my clients. I use many different treatment modalities, dependent on what best fits you and your needs. I have specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. I am currently only providing services through telehealth. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I stand for equality and equity for everyone. That includes supporting the Black Lives Matter movement, LGBTQIA+ rights, and many other forums that promote equal rights for all.
