About My Clients
I work with young people and their families to provide meaningful and lasting change that help improve their wellbeing and success in their lives. I focus on integrative treatment modalities that teach and reinforce skills for emotional and behavioral management, as well as help my clients achieve acceptance and commitment for positive change through effective treatment plans and person-centered approach.
My Background and Approach
I offer individual therapy up to 2-3 times weekly (with a minimum sessions of every other week), along with individual DBT and CBT coaching. My clinical experience includes depression and anxiety management, supporting clients with ADHD and ASD , school avoidance, crisis interventions, creative arts therapy, and parental guidance. I aim to provide much needed relief to children, adolescents, young adults and their families, through treatment, counseling, psychoeducation and coaching. I help clients navigate and manage the complexities of life and mental health. I provide my clients with success through balancing attainable and sustainable goals and building their support systems.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe compassion, support and allowing people to be themselves is the first big step in providing the path to positive change! Often people may feel trapped in familiar patterns, hijacked by circumstances outside their control or by their own body/mind.
