My Background and Approach
I’m a Palestinian-Mexican daughter of immigrants, AMFT committed to creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I bring my full, authentic self into the room, offering warmth and connection—so you can feel safe doing the same. My approach is relational, person-centered, and rooted in liberation, viewing the therapeutic relationship as an essential part of the healing process. I strive to create an empathetic, non-judgmental, and culturally affirming environment where you can show up as you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I approach therapy through a culturally affirming and decolonial lens, recognizing how systems, generational influences, and historical trauma shape our experiences and relationships. I specialize in working with BIPOC and marginalized communities, acknowledging the systemic barriers that impact mental health and well-being. My goal is to create a space where clients feel empowered, validated, and supported—both inside and outside of the therapy room, while advocating for their rights and collective liberation.
