Life can be messy! It can be difficult to balance all of the challenges and expectations that we face on a day-to-day basis. Therapy can be a great space to sort through complex emotions, process difficult events or transitions, and explore coping strategies for dealing with life’s big moments. Most importantly, therapy is a great space to get to know yourself on a deeper level and create more opportunities for acceptance, change and growth.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to create a safe, relaxed, (sometimes funny!) and judgment free space for you to become the best version of yourself – even with the messy stuff. My therapeutic style is collaborative and holistic with a focus on narrative/cognitive behavioral modalities. More than anything, I'm here for you and I'm here to listen. I am an LGBTQ identified therapist with a special interest in LGBTQ related issues, but love working with individuals and couples of all backgrounds.
