About My Clients

We specialize in the area of trauma, but also have knowledge and expertise in working with individuals who are struggling with self esteem, depression, anxiety, relationships, school, and other adverse life experiences. We provide counseling in person as well as virtually.
My Background and Approach
We have a variety of education and experience and work towards utilizing different therapeutic modalities such as CBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, and DBT. All of these modalities are utilized with children and adults, and allow for them to freely express their life experiences and move towards a direction of peace and healing.
