Whether it’s anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, or relationship issues, I’m dedicated to helping you take control and move forward with confidence. I work with children, adults, and older adults, offering both in-person and virtual sessions to suit your needs. My approach combines person-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT) to provide practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, family dynamics, emotional regulation, anger, and more. For children and tweens, I make therapy engaging through play therapy, even in virtual settings, ensuring they feel supported while working through their unique challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Taking the decision to heal, is not easy. So if you are reading this, you are already brave! Going through difficult periods in life is not uncommon, however being in that place for a long time may indicate that you need help. Sometimes we do not even realize how certain life experiences that we have had may impact us. I believe being self aware is of great help and that is one of the important ways I help my clients with.
