About My Clients
I've worked with children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on LGBTQ+ identity, neurodivergence, BPD, anxiety/panic, PTSD, and depression. I enjoy creating an affirming space for exploring identity and navigating life’s challenges. I've helped clients manage intense emotions and build interpersonal skills. My goal is to work with clients who want to empower themselves to live authentically and find peace on their own terms.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is centered on creating a supportive and affirming space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover insights and develop tools for meaningful and lasting change. I use a client-centered approach, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients manage anxiety, relational challenges, intense emotions, and trauma. I am particularly passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, as well as individuals navigating life with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). My goal is to provide trauma-informed care that fosters autonomy, empowerment, and personal growth. Change can feel daunting, but I strive to guide clients through this process at a pace that feels achievable and meaningful, celebrating every step forward together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I proudly identify as a member of the queer community and stand for equality, acceptance, and self-expression for all individuals, regardless of gender, sexuality, race, religion, or background. I want everyone to be able to live authentically.
