You are intuitive, sensitive, and intelligent. How you are perceived doesn’t really match up with how you feel about yourself. Maybe you have learned somewhere that it’s not okay to be your authentic self. You feel deeply misunderstood, and carry an inner heaviness because you feel like no one really knows “you”. You're not alone, and you don't have to do this all by yourself. It takes courage to start this journey towards self-healing and inner peace, and I'm here to support and empower you.
My Background and Approach
Together we will explore your relationship to yourself and others, as well as identify your deepest values, strengths, and obstacles. I will help you become more attuned and aligned with your true authentic self in order to live your most inspired life. Together we will identify ways that you've learned to protect yourself that are no longer serving you. I am committed to helping you move through fear, insecurities, and sadness to make lasting and impactful changes in your life. My approach is warm, compassionate, creative, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I will meet you where you are at -- therapy isn't one size fits all! We will work together to explore your inner world through creative engagement. I work from an integrative lens of person-centered, psychodynamic, and feminist theory and am IFS and trauma-informed therapist. I believe it's valuable to consider how systemic issues may be contributing to your pain as well.
