My Background and Approach
My goal for you is to have several different tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times. No matter where you go, you'll always have access to exercises that can quickly create internal peace in your life. I am direct and solution-focused. For the past 10 years, my practice has been focused on helping people work toward internal peace. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia, a National Certified Counselor from NBCC since 2017, and knowledge of the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM), member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), CRCT Restraint Training/TCI; Behavioral De-Escalation techniques’, Transgender Awareness Issues/Training and Sexual Abuse Awareness Issues/Training.
