I specialize in a cultural relational therapy style and work with adults and teens, specifically people in the LGBTQIA+ community, and particularly those who are experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, struggling with substance use and/or disordered eating, and issues with sex, sexuality, trauma, chemsex, and body image by using exploratory harm reduction techniques.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping people recover from trauma (direct/witness violence, sexual, spiritual, emotional). I enjoy helping clients with relational issues like sexual/romantic intimacy, modern relationship styles, & connection and am sex positive and sex worker affirming. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Working in the entertainment business for decades as a performer has given me a unique perception of the world and helped me to have valuable perspective in helping clients, particularly those in the industry. Developing new ways to cope and maintain thriving relationships can be challenging but ultimately is an opportunity to grow.
