About My Clients
I work with most adults, ages 18-64. I specialize in women's mental health, particularly around reproductive mental health and pregnancy. I also work with trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, depression, anxiety and OCD, to name a few. Let's work together as a team to help you achieve your mental health wellness goals, on the journey of being your best self.
My Background and Approach
I am passionate about women’s reproductive mental health, and am certified in perinatal mental health. I have completed a fellowship in integrative mental health. I view the doctor and patient as a team. When you choose to work with me your voice will always be important and we will make any treatment decisions together to determine what will be most helpful for you. I completed my B.S. in neuroscience at the University of Nevada, Reno. I came to Florida to pursue my medical training, and attended the University of Central Florida College of Medicine in Orlando, Florida, graduating in 2018. Choosing to stay where the weather is warm, I completed residency training in general psychiatry at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Outside of work I enjoy spending my time with my family, baking, and being creative.
