My Background and Approach
Cody is certified in Existential Well-being counseling, spiritually integrated therapy, therapeutic hypnosis, and grief counseling. Additionally, he is trained and experienced in various evidence-based modalities including humanistic person-centered psychotherapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.In his free time, Cody enjoys tending to his plants, spending time outside, and learning new things. When not working with clients or spending time on his hobbies Cody enjoys visiting with family and friends, traveling, and enjoying live music and nature.
