My Background and Approach
With over 8 years of experience in the helping profession and a Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health & School Counseling from Old Dominion University, I bring a solid foundation of knowledge and empathy to our sessions. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness-based interventions. This blend allows us to address your mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well-being holistically. I stay current with the latest evidence-based practices through ongoing professional development, ensuring our work together is both effective and tailored to your needs.

These creative outlets keep me grounded and inspire me to bring a fresh perspective to our sessions.
