I use a person-centered, eclectic approach to counseling, incorporating narrative work, Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Gestalt, and cognitive/behavioral (CBT) styles. Master of Arts in Counseling: Lakeland University. Bachelor of Music: Boston University. Additional training at University of Santa Monica (spiritual psychology), Harvard (psychology), Johns Hopkins (health education), and University of Wisconsin (mediation, career coaching, substance use disorders).
