About My Clients

I work with a diverse range of clients, but I’m especially passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ community. This is not just a part of my practice, it’s a part of who I am. I strive to create a space where individuals can feel truly seen, heard, and supported, no matter their identity or background. Whether you're navigating the complexities of relationships, trauma recovery, or just seeking a therapist who truly understands your lived experience, I’m here to support you.

My Background and Approach

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with extensive experience in individual, couples, and group therapy, specializing in trauma, intimate partner violence (IPV), domestic violence (DV), narcissistic abuse, anger management, and relationship challenges. I have a strong commitment to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and offer an affirming, safe space for clients of all gender identities and sexual orientations. In addition to therapy, I provide corporate therapy, helping organizations address workplace stress, interpersonal dynamics, and promote mental wellness. As a court expert witness, I support survivors and perpetrators of IPV/DV with expert testimony and court-mandated programs. I also offer public speaking engagements and workshops on trauma, relationships, and communication. My mission is to empower individuals to heal, build healthier relationships, and create lasting change in their lives, both personally and professionally.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, safe space for clients of all sexual orientations and gender identities. I believe in the power of healing through empathy, understanding, and empowerment. Beyond my work as a therapist, I support social justice movements, particularly those focused on equality and the rights of marginalized groups. I am passionate about creating environments where individuals are accepted for who they are, free from judgment. My work extends to survivors and perpetrators of intimate partner violence and domestic violence, as well as those navigating toxic relationships, narcissistic abuse, and anger issues. I strive to help clients develop healthier relationships and emotional well-being. I am dedicated to providing the support and tools necessary for people to heal, grow, and thrive—whether through individual therapy, group sessions, corporate therapy, or court advocacy.
