My Background and Approach
I use a variety of evidenced based interventions; CBT, mindfulness, traditional talk therapy, and motivational interviewing. For couples, Gottman Method and attachment based theory. I work from an individualized and holistic perspective, there is no one size fits all approach. I want to help you determine what works for YOU. I look forward to working with you on your journey. I believe in an our ability to make changes to enhance the quality of our lives. I am easy to talk to and work from a strength-based and solution focused perspective where you are the expert in you. I know the importance of the therapeutic relationship and work to build safety and trust with each person I work with.
