About My Clients
We are all here to evolve into more conscious, responsible individuals. Mental health issues arise when we are out of alignment with what is happening within and around us. I work with adults and older teens/young adults who are open to learning and putting into active practice tools for healing and positive change.
My Background and Approach
My background is one of positive, Spiritual psychology, combining neuroscience and mindfulness, and practical tools that support the healing process. Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting (similar to EMDR), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT for couples), and more. If you are hungry for healing and doing the active work to get yourself there, I'm here for you! Other Services: + I am also a parent coach and offer parent coaching as an Independent "Parenting the Love and Logic Way" Facilitator. + I have the privilege of being a member of the Gender-Affirming Clinician's Collaborative through Lurie's Children's Hospital of Chicago. + I am a Qualified Supervisor for RIMSWs in Florida, and have a wonderful team of talented therapists working toward their licensure. Each clinician has their own skill set that makes Center for Dynamic Healing multi-faceted in our services.

The truth is, all of your answers are within you. Together, we can support you in accessing those answers. We are all here to evolve into more conscious, responsible individuals. Blending psychology with spirituality, we offer tools for self-discovery, forgiveness, meditation, healthy transitions, healed relationships, and positive parenting. You will learn how to uncover hidden strengths and be on track with your life purpose.
