I work in raising the confidence of the client, and identifying stressors in their life. We work to make a manageable plan to delete stresses, manage anxiety and perhaps cognitive behaviour therapy to replace thought patterns with others.

I work with the client to identify the cause of the anger and the triggers and put in place some strategies to work with managing anger and decreasing its effect on their life.

We work in finding issues for your current problems in a time frame that is manageable. We set data and charts up to see your progress. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a short-term goal-focused evidence-based therapeutic approach, which incorporates positive psychology principles and practices, and which helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems

In CBT, problems are broken down into 5 main areas: situations. thoughts. emotions. physical feelings. actions. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is problem-oriented. It focuses on working through specific current problems and finding solutions for them. Unlike psychoanalysis, for example, it doesn't mainly deal with the past. CBT is much more concerned with dealing with problems in the here-and-now

Art therapy is a mental health profession that enriches the lives of individuals, families, and communities through active art-making, creative process.Through art therapy, the therapist provides an opportunity for non-verbal expression and communication that can promote a reconciliation of emotional conflicts as a coping mechanism for trauma, and foster self-awareness and personal growth.
