About My Clients
I am sex-positive, poly, kink knowledgeable, and have a diverse clinical background working with adults and couples, helping them improve communication by connecting their relationship dynamics to their childhood experiences and personal history. I have worked as a victim's advocate for children and families exposed to domestic violence and abuse and understands that childhood trauma manifests in a multitude of ways throughout a person's life.
My Background and Approach
I collaborate with clients to create an affirmative and non-judgmental space for them to explore their lives and the impediments they have experienced and are currently facing. I approach my work with a trauma-informed integrative approach to therapy, utilizing DBT, person-centered, and somatic approaches in my practice to support deeper emotional healing and connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I advocate for social justice because receiving equity and compassion should not be treated as privileges when they are actually human rights.
