About My Clients
I enjoy working with both adult individuals and couples, who are 18 years of age and older. I specialize in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety, Phobias, and Panic. While mindfully incorporating and utilizing the particular strengths of each person into our sessions, I seek to provide a more holistic and humanistic approach to treatment. Ultimately, my hope is to journey with you toward arriving at a place that is filled with deep meaning, healing, and peace.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in the treatment of various mental health related conditions. After receiving advanced training and certification in the treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Stress Related Disorders, and Bereavement, I am confident that I will be able to assist in reducing the frequency of symptoms experienced. Previous to my position within the private practice setting, I had worked as an integrated counselor in the treatment of both substance use and mental health at a local Community Mental Health Organization. I also have experience as a former College Counselor, High School Counselor, and Telehealth Therapist.
