I’ve dedicated my career to fostering resilience and shepherding hope to individuals and families facing challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, addiction, and attachment issues. Throughout my journey I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, across many different cultures, and in multiple inpatient and outpatient clinical settings; each enriching my understanding and approach to mental health.
My Background and Approach
Mindfulness serves as the cornerstone of several therapeutic approaches such as: Acceptance and commitment therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to develop strategies and solutions to increase happiness and life satisfaction, improve mental and physical health, connect with your meaning and purpose, and to promote good in all circumstances, even in difficult and challenging situations.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the transformative power of mindfulness. Cultivating present-moment awareness is essential not only for reducing suffering but also for empowering individuals to make conscious, values-aligned choices in their lives. My vision is to restore and rebalance individual , family and community wellbeing through regenerative practices. My mission? To empower individuals to live mindfully, authentically, and independently. He believes that by fostering resilience and cultivating deep connections, we can create a world where everyone has the tools to navigate life with clarity, strength, and compassion.
