About My Clients
Our clients are the best. Love learning more about our clients and hearing their stories as we collaborate with them on their treatment goals and their care. Our clients are ages 12 to 100, women, men, non-binary, trans, couples, and diverse. Our mission is to make ALL clients feel safe and heard, no judgement and given compassion and understanding in a healing space. Our approach is holistic.
My Background and Approach
My background includes working in agency and medical facilities. I started working in private practices and enjoy the flexibility it brings me to spend with my family. I have trained in EMDR, Flash Technique, attended the first group of David Kessler’s Grief Educator’s and received my certificate, Certified as a Complex Trauma Specialist and working toward a Yoga Certification. My approach is a holistic approach meaning that my training and expertise takes into account all the factors affecting clients. I work with my clients to achieve their wellness and balance as well as help them cope, find joy and be the best version they can be of themselves. My approach is focused on health and wellness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal beliefs as a clinician really don’t matter for my clients. The only thing I want people to know is that I treat everyone with respect, kindness and understanding. I do not judge…would never make anyone feel less than. My interests include all kinds of music, movies, my family, my baby dogs, gardening, cooking, traveling, hiking, working out by having fun like swimming, and walking most days. I love to adventure and find new places.
