My Background and Approach
I have half a decade of clinical experience consisting of crisis intervention counseling along with working in the inpatient psychiatry setting. My experience has allowed me to be well versed in depression, anxiety, complex emotions, familial and relationship stressors, suicidal ideation, and much more. I also integrate multiple therapeutic approaches to meet my client's specific and unique needs.
